1. General Machinist
$19-$20/hr – Full Time – Permanent
Mississauga, ON

(Must have):
1. Capability to operate both manual milling and lathe machines.
2. Capability to operate both CNC milling and CNC lathe machines.
3. Solid understanding of metallurgy and metrology, as well as measuring and checking of parts.
4. Capable of reading CAD drawings, blueprints, engineering symbols, graphic data etc.
5. Capability to operate cutting, grinding, and drilling machines.
6. Operating machine equipment, such as lathe, mill, drill press, grinders, welders, etc.
7. Repairing broken machinery and equipment, including a solid understanding on how to dismantle gearboxes, speed reducers, pumps etc.
8. Ability to read and utilize applicable prints, gauges, measurement instruments.
9. Ensuring work assignments are executed to appropriate standards and quality systems.
10. Experience in AutoCAD, Solidworks, are a plus.
11. Ability to work under a strict deadline and within a specific timeline.

Soft Skills

1. Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
2. Candidate must demonstrate good capabilities of both written and spoken English, and Punjabi / Hindi is an asset.
3. Working knowledge of MS office suite, Email, and general business communication tools
4. Valid Ontario G license is a must. Candidate will be sent out on delivery runs as well as onsite to meet with clients and discuss job specific customer requirements.

2. Bookkeeper
$18-$19/hr – Full Time – Permanent
Mississauga, ON

(Must have):
1. Candidate must have a solid understanding of SAGE50, including experience in making working order, processing invoices, generating quotes & reports, bank reconciliations etc.
2. Good technology skills and candidate should be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
3. Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, A/P (preparing cheques), A/R (depositing cheques), payroll, general ledger postings, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
4. The candidate will oversee AP/AR, monthly bank reconciliations and will be required to make bank deposits.
5. Candidate will be required to process weekly payroll and pull reports from ADP to post payroll journal entries in SAGE50.
6. The candidate will also be required to file both HST and WSIB on a quarterly basis.

7. Candidate must demonstrate good capabilities of both written and spoken English, and Punjabi / Hindi is an asset.
8. The candidate will also be responsible to answer phone call, record order intake, create work orders, purchasing of materials and tooling as required.

Soft Skills

1. Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
2. Valid Ontario G license is a must. Candidate might be sent out to deliver or pickup parts from various customers. {this role will be developed on later as the candidate gets familiar with the work environment here.
