Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan gets bail on some restrictions
ਸ਼ਾਹਰੁਖ ਖਾਨ ਦੇ ਬੇਟੇ ਆਰੀਅਨ ਖ਼ਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਤਾ ਮਿਲੀ ਪਰ ਜਮਾਨਤ ਮਿਲੀ ਕੁਝ ਪਾਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਤੇ
Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, was today released on bail from Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail after 22 days. Shah Rukh himself reached outside the jail to fetch his son.
The court has fixed certain conditions for bail of Aryan Khan as follows.
Aryan Khan cannot leave Mumbai without informing the investigating officer.
Must be present at the office every Friday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
The details of the investigation cannot be shared on media or social media
Aryan will have to submit his passport to the special NDPS court.
If Arian violates any of the conditions, NCB will be entitled to apply to a special judge.
It may be mentioned here that despite many efforts yesterday, the bail orders could not reach the Arthur Road jail box on time due to which Aryan had to spend the night of October 29 in the jail.

ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ਐਕਟਰ ਸ਼ਾਹਰੁਖ ਖ਼ਾਨ ਦਾ ਬੇਟਾ ਆਰੀਅਨ ਖ਼ਾਨ ਅੱਜ 22 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਰ ਰੋਡ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਜਮਾਨਤ ਤੇ ਰਿਹਾਅ ਹੋਇਆ। ਸ਼ਾਹਰੁਖ ਖੁਦ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੇਟੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ॥
ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਆਰੀਅਨ ਖ਼ਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਜਮਾਨਤ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਤੈਅ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ।ਜੋ ਕਿ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹਨ।
ਆਰੀਅਨ ਖ਼ਾਨ ਜਾਂਚ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸੇ ਬਿਨਾ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਤੋ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਹੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ।
ਹਰੇਕ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 11 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 2 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ –ਵਿੱਚ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਲਗਾਉਣੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ।
ਜਾਂਚ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਜਾਂ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਸਾਂਝੀਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ।
ਆਰੀਅਨ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਐਨਡੀਪੀਐਸ ਅਦਾਲਤ ‘ਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਾਉਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ।
ਜੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਦੀ ਆਂਰੀਅਨ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ NCB ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਜੱਜ ਨੂੰ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਹੱਕਦਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਸਹੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੇ ਆਰਥਰ ਰੋਡ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਡੱਬੇ ਤੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਸਕੇ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਆਰੀਅਨ ਨੂੰ 29 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਦੀ ਰਾਤ ਵੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ‘ਚ ਹੀ ਕੱਟਣੀ ਪਈ ਸੀ।
