Shilpa Shetty files defamation suit against Sherlyn Chopra for Rs 50 crore

Mumbai: Actress Sherlyn Chopra has filed a case of sexual harassment and cheating against actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra for the past few days. But now Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra have taken stern action against Sherlyn. . He has filed a defamation suit against Sherlyn for Rs 50 crore and demanded a “public apology”.
Shilpa’s lawyer said that all the allegations leveled by Sherlyn Chopra against Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty were fabricated, false, baseless and without any evidence. Sherlyn Chopra has done all this to tarnish the image of Raj and Shilpa and to extort money.

ਮੁੰਬਈ- ਅਦਾਕਾਰਾ ਸ਼ਰਲਿਨ ਚੋਪੜਾ ਬੀਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਅਦਾਕਾਰਾ ਸ਼ਿਲਪਾ ਸ਼ੈੱਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਰਾਜ ਕੁੰਦਰਾ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਯੌਨ ਸ਼ੋਸ਼ਣ ਅਤੇ ਧੋਖਾਧੜੀ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ।ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਸ਼ਰਲਿਨ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਸ਼ਿਲਪਾ ਸ਼ੈੱਟੀ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਰਾਜ ਕੁੰਦਰਾ ਨੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਰਲਿਨ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ 50 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਮਾਣਹਾਨੀ ਦਾ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ‘ਜਨਤਕ ਮੁਆਫੀ’ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਸ਼ਿਲਪਾ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਰਲਿਨ ਚੋਪੜਾ ਵਲੋਂ ਰਾਜ ਕੁੰਦਰਾ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਲਪਾ ਸ਼ੈੱਟੀ ਤੇ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਮਨਗੜਤ, ਝੂਠੇ, ਨਿਰਾਧਰ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਬੂਤ ਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਸ਼ਰਲਿਨ ਚੋਪੜਾ ਨੇ ਰਾਜ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਲਪਾ ਦੇ ਅਕਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਨਾਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਤੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਵਸੂਲੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
