Big news about Lakhimpur Kheri incident, Minister’s son did not appear for questioning

Lakhimpur Khiri: The bloody incident at Lakhimpur Khiri in Uttar Pradesh has taken a new turn. Ashish Mishra, son of Union Home Minister Ajay Mishra, did not appear for questioning today. Sources say he has fled to Nepal. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court while hearing the case has reprimanded the UP government.
The court said the government’s attitude in the whole matter was not satisfactory. The court said that if the case was filed under section 302, then why the accused is still absconding. Is this what the police always do in cases registered under this section? Due to the involvement of big names in the case, the matter has to be investigated very carefully. Therefore, the government should make appropriate arrangements so that the evidence related to the case is not tampered with.
It may be mentioned that Ashish Mishra was called today at 10 am for questioning in the Lakhimpur violence case but he did not arrive. Deputy Inspector General of Police (Headquarters) Upendra Agarwal, who is leading the probe team, reached the office on time.
Ashish was asked to come to the police line at 10 am on Friday and a notice was posted outside his residence. Meanwhile, the news shows that Ashish is constantly changing his location and is absconding. Several teams of UP police are searching for him. It is suspected that he has fled to Nepal.
ਲਖੀਮਪੁਰ ਖੀਰੀ: ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਲਖੀਮਪੁਰ ਖੀਰੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਈ ਖੂਨੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੇ ਨਵਾਂ ਮੋੜ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਜੈ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਾ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਾ ਅੱਜ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਲਈ ਪੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਏ। ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨੇਪਾਲ ਭੱਜ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਯੂਪੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਫਟਕਾਰ ਲਗਾਈ ਹੈ।
ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੂਰੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਰਵੱਈਆ ਤਸੱਲੀਬਖਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਧਾਰਾ 302 ਤਹਿਤ ਕੇਸ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਤਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਕਿਉਂ ਫਰਾਰ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਇਸ ਧਾਰਾ ਅਧੀਨ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਇਹੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ? ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੇ ਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਕਾਰਨ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰਨੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕੇਸ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਸਬੂਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਛੇੜਛਾੜ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਸਵੇਰੇ 10 ਵਜੇ ਲਖੀਮਪੁਰ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਆਫ਼ ਪੁਲਿਸ (ਹੈੱਡਕੁਆਰਟਰ) ਉਪੇਂਦਰ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ, ਜੋ ਜਾਂਚ ਟੀਮ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ।
ਆਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 10 ਵਜੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਲਾਈਨ ਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਖਬਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਚੱਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਆਪਣਾ ਟਿਕਾਣਾ ਬਦਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਫਰਾਰ ਹੈ। ਯੂਪੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਈ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸ਼ੱਕ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨੇਪਾਲ ਭੱਜ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
