Account Executive – Construction Technology – 2 Positions

Responsibilities:
Work directly with leadership
Develop prospecting plans for territory development to build relationships and create new logo opportunities
Responsible for inbound lead qualification, as well as outbound lead generation
Respond to requests from inbound leads who want more information
Research and identify qualified targets / projects for sales outreach using a variety of online sources, publications, and databases
Build relationships with prospects by cold calling, email nurturing, conducting product demonstrations, and execution of service agreements
Maintain leads, opportunities, and account information within our CRM (Hubspot) from qualification through to close

IoT Product Manager

Responsibilities:
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and align stakeholders around the vision for the new products and features.
Gather, manage, and prioritize market and customer requirements through primary and secondary market research, customer interviews, and surveys
Act as the customer advocate articulating the customer and market needs
Develop the business case and ROI for new products/features and improvements to existing products
Works closely with product development, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case, ROI and customer satisfaction goals are met
Define the market/customer requirements document to articulate business problems that the products will solve along with priorities and justification for new features/products
Represent business goals and feature solutions during product reviews with cross-functional teams

Minimum requirements

Roles and responsibilities
Youโ€™ll ensure successful customer experience, by assisting in formulating the product and technical specifications as per the customer’s needs, execute the product implementation procedures and ensure the successful deployment of Brickeye smart construction platforms (e.g. LumiCon) in construction projects
Youโ€™ll analyze challenges in the deployment of products and evaluate working conditions, and develop resolution plans

R&D Engineer – Fiber Optic Sensors

Responsibility
Oversee the development and deployment of ruggedized FBG sensors (temperature, strain, vibration) for harsh environments
Design the next generation of ruggedized optical data acquisition (ODAQ) systems
Source, evaluate, and integrate new sensor types and sensing modalities
Maintain and upgrade ODAQ and ODAQ-related software (Python)
Stay up-to-date on advancements in fiber-optic sensing and recommend new R&D initiatives
Support and maintain deployments of sensing systems
