Role Profile:

• You will primarily as a Java 8+ Developer as part of a collaborative agile development team
• You will work on a modern micro service-based Java 8+ platform which runs on own internal cloud

Required Skills:

• Experience of Agile & scrum methodologies

• Enterprise Architecture Pattern, GoF design

• Strong communication skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience in banking & regulatory reporting

Business Analyst – IAM

Must have skills:

• 8-10 Years of experience as Business Analyst (Preferably 3 yrs+ in Access Management domain)
• Define and document entitlement design requirements for various systems and applications, including requirements for RBAC, entitlements, and access definitions
• Ability to perform data analysis on large scale of complex data and suggest solution for better reporting
• Experience working with technology and business teams to understand the application functionalities and their entitlement design model
• Conduct a through analysis of the entitlement design and provide feedback or recommendations to comply with risk policies
• Conduct business process analysis and customer interviews
• Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and data privacy controls
• Customer-facing role. Ability to drive requirement gathering, gap analysis sessions
• Strong Access Management domain knowledge
• Exceptional communication skills

Good to have skills:

• Experience with following Agile methodology. Experience in working with Jira
• Experience in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) projects would be a plus

Foreman

Reports to: Superintendent

Overview: Foreman provides leadership, schedules, coordinates, supervises and ensures the safety and productivity of crews and subcontractors at the worksite who install/assemble components of the project.

As a key participant in the relationship between our client and its subcontractors, the foreman is the company’s frontline representative and has a crucial role in positive client relations.

Essential Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Ensures that all construction work performed is of the highest quality.
* Assists Superintendent in executing and maintaining construction schedule throughout the project from start to finish.
* Supervises employees, subcontractors and deliveries to ensure both quality control and project compliance.
* Works as part of a crew.
* Can prepare, measure, set elevations and accurately cut/install paver and green roof systems.

* Complies with Hazardous Materials procedures and handles materials according to Company Policy.

* Communicates well with others and have a good work ethic and appropriate behaviour at all times
* Ensures that subcontractors are providing own clean up and debris boxes.
* Attends regularly scheduled safety training and procedure meetings.
* Performs safety management responsibilities, orientations, and meetings. This includes planning, communication, monitoring, enforcement and documentation.
* Maintains and explains OHSA and Company required safety literature to crew members.
* Documents and completes all deficiency list items in a timely manner
