Inside Sales Representative – 2 Positions , CONSUMER AFFAIRS REPRESENTATIVE & DATA ENTRY CLERK – CUSTOMER SERVICE

1. Inside Sales Representative – 2 Positions
$40,000 – $45,000 + Commission + Benefits
Mississauga, ON
2 Positions – Full Time Permanent & Part Time Permanent

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting corporate sales efforts in sourcing leads and for establishing relationships with business owners and decision makers over the phone and by email to drive and exceed sales targets. They will research and explore client opportunities, present our products to prospects/clients to build customer base, increase brand awareness, and generate sales/revenue in line with ISO & R2 standards. Optimize CRM system to manage client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales through new client acquisition and optimizing the existing client database via phone, email and web, and other relevant channels. Strive to achieve ISO/r2 sales KPIs of achieving 20% annual sales growth and increasing 10% customer base.
Manage large volumes of sales calls (typically 60 — 80) to increase customer base and meet sales targets/revenue requirements
Develop creative sales – upselling & cross selling pitches and propositions aimed at specific customers in a wholesale/distribution environment
Demonstrate effective sales techniques to offer solutions, retain clients, and close sales.
Liaison between customers, purchase, warehouse, and office personnel to quickly resolve general inquiries & issues.
Track customer returns and customer complaints in NetSuite and ensure customer concern has been resolved.
Coordinate with Marketing team in rolling out customer satisfaction survey once every three months as required by ISO/r2 standards. Collect customer feedback and take necessary measure to ensure 100% customer satisfaction index.
Maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts to drive promotions and sales.
Work in coordination with marketing team for planning and promoting company products and services. Participate in targeted campaigns/promotions to increase brand awareness and sales.
Work in collaboration with corporate sales team to develop trust and a spirit of cooperation.
Maintain excellent customer service while interacting with clients.
Identify opportunities & proactively follow up leads generated. Answer questions about products/company/promotions etc.
Manage customer database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can be executed to generate new business.
Adhere to ISO/R2 standards.
Acquire and exhibit superior product knowledge while talking to customers.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Excellent sales history with achieving and exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of cellular industry/products an asset

2. CONSUMER AFFAIRS REPRESENTATIVE
$ 42,000 -44, 000 + Benefits – Full Time – Permanent
Mississauga, ON

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
• Assist with consumer inquiries received via phone, email, live chat, mail, fax and social media in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure a quality experience by providing friendly, professional service.
• Access internal company systems to extract data pertinent to consumer concerns and follow-up with the consumer accordingly.
• Utilize Customer Service and web technologies to increase consumer satisfaction.
• Monitor order and return flow.
• Create RAs for approved consumer returns and exchanges.
• Process credits and exchanges for returns
• Assist customers with their Elite membership accounts.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and District Managers to resolve consumer concerns in-store.
• Research and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Utilize Freshdesk CRM tool to monitor consumer contacts.
• Provide monthly feedback to upper management regarding incoming consumer contacts and provide recommendations on how to improve moving forward.
• Any other duties that arise from time to time

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overtime as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Prior customer service/consumer affairs experience, preferably working directly with consumers in a medium or high-volume contact center
environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Retail management experience would also be considered.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with a CRM system, preferably Freshdesk.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

3. DATA ENTRY CLERK – CUSTOMER SERVICE
$ 40,000 + Benefits – Full Time – Permanent
Mississauga, ON

To provide exceptional Customer Service to customers by handling their questions and concerns using strong communication skills and professionalism. This position will also assist the Customer Service Department in multiple areas with a focus on data entry.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS
• Process immediate orders for independent accounts via fax, email and phone within the expected deadline.
• Complete all data entry for Customer Service.
• Verify and ensure accuracy of data in the system.
• Track all customer orders and shipments in the system.
• Assist customers by answering queries, problem solving and providing detailed information.
• Run weekly and monthly reports to maintain a clean order bank.
• Create customer skus in the system.
• Enter booking orders.
• Review web form orders
• Prepare manual credit/invoices with appropriate back-up.
• Check availability of product.
• Check and respond to consumer requests through info canada emails.
• Check and respond to customer requests through order desk emails.
• Process cancellations.
• Complete general filing / Scanning
• Process Return Authorizations
• Any other duties that arise from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail and well organized.
• Able to handle deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Pleasant and professional.
• Team player.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 1-2 years of office experience.
• College Diploma in a related field;
