Mobile Wash Specialist
$22-24/hr + Benefits – Full Time – Permanent
Pointe-Claire, Quebec,.
* Must have Class 3 Driving License *
1. NATURE & SCOPE
The mobile wash specialist is responsible for ensuring quality cleaning services of vehicles in accordance with company and customer requirements.
2. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide exemplary customer service to clients
Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests
Operating pressure washers, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations
Using cleaning, protectives, and other agents to maintain and enhance vehicle appearance
Preforming inspections and keeping a complete, accurate record of customer vehicle cleaning and condition
Managing inventory and advising management of supplies as needed
Addressing client inquiries onsite and fulfilling their requests
Effectively communicate with both external and internal contacts
Adherence to all relevant operating guidelines including the established Standard Operating Procedures
Carry out mobile wash duties in accordance with all safety regulations
Other duties as assigned by management
3. JOB PROFILE (Education & Experience)
(a) Education and job experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Class 3 Drivers License Required
Prior power washing and detailing experience considered an asset
Specific skills
· Proven ability to manage time, set priorities and multi-task in order to meet various competing work deadlines
· Attention to detail and excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
· Dependable, punctual, proactive and enthusiastic about learning and using new skills
· Flexibility in working weekend shifts as required to meet customer requirements
· Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending and standing for extended periods
· Willingness to comply with company policies and uphold standards of service quality
· Ability to perform all technical duties involved for successful execution of wash services
· This position requires a significant degree of self-starting and independence
