MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
โข Build and manage a regional team of dedicated specialists
โข Train, develop and motivate staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
โข Support and maintain the company culture of trust, unity, accountability, and excellence
โข Establish regional business plans, objectives and implementation strategies including process flows, organizational structure, budgeting, resource allocation and productivity-tracking and improvements
โข Manage the regional business unit budgets including forecasts and expenditure plans as well as overhead costs spend
โข Ensure staff are providing exemplary customer service to all customers at all times
โข Adjust and adapt operations to meet the customers schedule and business requirements
โข Manage all customer concerns and keep management promptly informed
โข Report all operational non-conformances to the Chief Operating Officer
โข Prepare preventative action plans when required to address operational quality concerns
โข Ensure operational work orders are completed and accurate each day to support the back office billing department
โข Thoroughly and accurately complete all paperwork and systems CRM updates that support field operations and tracking
โข Manage inventory of supplies and establish a relationship with suppliers to assist the inventory management process and cost allocation
โข Ensure equipment including but not limited to the company trucks, pressure washers, temperature monitors are all in excellent working order at all times
โข Ensure fuel levels are consistently reviewed for each company asset to minimize downtime
โข Develop and modify processes as required to ensure effective, efficient, and safe operations
โข Promote a safety first mindset
Effectively communicate with both external and internal contacts
โข Develop and maintain professional relationships with all customers
โข Provide oversight and assistance to mobile wash specialist to ensure seamless operations, including but not limited to:
a. Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests
b. Operating pressure washers, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations
c. Using cleaning, protectives, and other agents to maintain and enhance vehicle and site appearance
d. Preforming inspections and keeping a complete, accurate record of customer vehicle and site cleaning and conditions
e. Carry out mobile wash duties in accordance with all safety regulations
