ਪੈਂਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਲਾਈਫ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਲਈ ਨਵੰਬਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮਿਸੀਸਾਗਾ ਤੇ ਬਰੈਂਪਟਨ ‘ਚ 6 ਕੈਂਪ

(Satpal Singh Johal) -Next month, (from November 4 to November 26), the Consulate General of India (Toronto) will organize a total of 14 Life certificate camps in southern Ontario cities and Winnipeg (Manitoba). The certificates will be issued (in-person) free of cost for pension purposes for retirees from India. A life certificate needed for other purposes costs $28.

Three camps will take place over different three weekends in Brampton from 10 a.m. to 14.30 p.m. On Nov. 5, in Hindu Sabha Temple at 9525 Gore Road, Nov. 11 in Terry Miller Recreation Centre (room 2) at 1295 Williams Parkway, and Nov. 18 in Sikh Heritage Centre at 11796 Airport Road.

Two camps are scheduled for Hindu Heritage Centre at Mississauga Road in Mississauga on Nov. 4, and Nov. 19. Another camp in Mississauga will be held in Kalibari Mandir Board at 6815 Professional Court on November 25. A camp will also take place in Vaishno Devi Temple in Oakville at 363 Burloak Drive from 10 a.m. to 14.30 p.m. Life certificates will also be issued in Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, Scarborough on November 25.

CGI’s staff will also be present to issue certificates in Gurdwara Singh Sabha Cambridge in Puslinch (near Guelph) on November 26 from 2.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. Residents from London (On) area may benefit from the camp planned in Kiwanis Centre at 78 Riverside Dr. for November 12. Pensioners will also be facilitated on November 26 in Sobeys Columbia location at 450 Columbia St. West in Waterloo (On) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Pensioners are expected to arrive prepared with a filled/signed form, and a copy of it, with their passport. Here is the website to download the form required for a life certificate:
