32 year old man died in Scarborough after being struck by a TTC bus

A 32-year-old man was dead early Monday morning in Scarborough after he was struck by a TTC bus.
At about 1 a.m., emergency crews were called to Markham Road and Blakemanor Boulevard, between Lawrence and Eglinton avenues, for a report of a pedestrian struck.
The man allegedly stepped into a live north lane of traffic outside a crosswalk and struck with a TTC bus, according to Toronto Police Traffic Services.
He was pronounced dead at the spot
The bus driver remained on the scene and was cooperating in the investigation.

ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਅਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਤ 1 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਇੱਕ ਪੈਦਲ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਟੱਕਰ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਲਈ ਬਲੇਕਮੈਨੋਰ ਬੁਲੇਵਾਰਡ ਵਿਖੇ ਮਾਰਖਮ ਰੋਡ ‘ਤੇ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਰਾਸਵਾਕ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਦੀ ਲਾਈਵ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਲੇਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਦਮ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ TTC ਬੱਸ ਨਾਲ ਟਕਰਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹੀ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਐਲਾਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਜਾਂਚ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬੱਸ ਦਾ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹੀ ਰਿਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਂਚ ‘ਚ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
