Brampton resident sentenced to life in prison for manslaughter

Brampton, Ontario (Kultaran Singh Padhiana)- Brampton’s Churaman Ramgaru, 48, has been sentenced to 12 years in prison without parole for the brutal murder of Brampton’s Ajay Chibber, 54. Police were called to the Brampton’s Advance Boulevard and Dixie Road area around 12:45 pm on July 5, 2019. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Ajay Chibber, 54, dead on the spot. According to the report, Chibber was found dead in an industrial unit where 48-year-old Brampton resident Churaman Ramgarh was his partner. According to reports, Ajay Chibber was killed by Churaman Ramgarhu under the influence of alcohol. Churaman Ramgaru has now been sentenced to life imprisonment in the case. Churaman Ramgarhu’s ex-wife had said that Ramgarhu had disclosed to her that he had a dispute with Ajay Chibber as Ajay Chibber had refused to return his belongings and that he had been killed in a subsequent clash.
ਬਰੈਂਪਟਨ,ਉਨਟਾਰੀਓ ( ਕੁਲਤਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਧਿਆਣਾ)- ਬਰੈਂਪਟਨ ਦੇ ਅਜੈ ਛਿੱਬਰ(54) ਨੂੰ ਬੇਰਹਿਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ਰਾਬੀ ਹੋਕੇ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੇਠ ਬਰੈਂਪਟਨ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਚੂਰਾਮਨ ਰਾਮਗੜੂ(48) ਨੂੰ 12 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਉਮਰ ਕੈਦ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਸੁਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ। 5 ਜੁਲਾਈ, 2019 ਨੂੰ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 12:45 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਰੈਂਪਟਨ ਦੇ ਐਡਵਾਂਸ ਬੁਲੇਵਾਰਡ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਕਸੀ ਰੋਡ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ 54 ਸਾਲਾ ਅਜੈ ਛਿੱਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਪਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਛਿਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਸ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਉਸਨੇ 48 ਸਾਲਾ ਬਰੈਂਪਟਨ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਚੂਰਾਮਨ ਰਾਮਗੜੂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਖਬਰ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਦੇ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੂਰਾਮਨ ਰਾਮਗੜੂ ਨੇ ਅਜੈ ਛਿੱਬਰ ਦਾ ਕਤਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਚ ਹੁਣ ਚੂਰਾਮਨ ਰਾਮਗੜੂ ਨੂੰ ਉਮਰ ਕੈਦ ਦੀ ਸਜਾ ਸੁਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਚੂਰਾਮਨ ਰਾਮਗੜੂ ਦੀ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪਤਨੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਚੂਰਾਮਨ ਰਾਮਗੜੂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਅੱਗੇ ਇੰਕਸ਼ਾਫ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਸਦਾ ਅਜੈ ਛਿੱਬਰ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਿਉੰਕਿ ਅਜੈ ਛਿੱਬਰ ਨੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਸਮਾਨ ਮੋੜਨ ਤੋਂ ਮਨਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਉਸਤੋ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੋਈ ਝੜਪ ਚ ਇਹ ਕਤਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।
