One dead, another injured in two separate shootings in Toronto

Toronto police are investigating two separate shootings Wednesday night in which one person was dead in North York and another was injured in Scarborough.
At 10:10 p.m., police were called to the Yong Street and Shepard Avenue area to investigate a shooting.
Officers came to find a man shot and wounded in a parking lot at the entrance to the Yong-Shepard subway station on Harlandale Avenue.
He was pronounced dead at the spot, despite life-saving measures
The homicide unit has been called to the scene.
Police were called to another shooting in the area of Eglinton Avenue East and Brimley Road 14 minutes later, at 10:24 a.m.
According to police, one person was injured in the shooting. The victim was taken to the hospital in a critical condition.
Police have not released any suspect information on the two shootings.

ਜਾਨ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਉਪਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ, ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਘੋਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਹੋਮੀਸਾਈਡ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਚੌਦਾਂ ਮਿੰਟਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਲਗਭਗ 10:24 ਵਜੇ, ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਐਗਲਿਨਟਨ ਐਵੇਨਿਊ ਈਸਟ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਿਮਲੇ ਰੋਡ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਗੋਲੀ ਲੱਗਣ ਨਾਲ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਸੀ। ਪੀੜਤ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੋਈ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
