Ontario government will present its fall economic statement in November

TORONTO – On November 4, Ontario will release its fall economic statement.
The province’s finances, including deficit estimates, will be updated in the economic outlook and fiscal review.
The pandemic, according to Finance Minister Peter Bethlenfalvy, raises the importance of the impending financial statement.
He said the focus will be on health-care investments and other ways the government is combating COVID-19.
Bethlenfalvy, on the other hand, says it will plan for the future, including road, transit, and broadband infrastructure.
The projected deficit for 2021-2022 is $32.4 billion, according to the most recent projections.
