Ontario reports 1,315 new cases of COVID-19 in two days and 20 deaths

TORONTO, ON- Over the previous two days, health officials in Ontario have reported 1,315 new cases of COVID-19 and 20 additional deaths connected to the virus.
The number of cases recorded over the previous seven days has dropped to 597, a substantial decrease from the 655 reported last week.
Due to the federally declared statutory holiday, Ontario did not release COVID-19 case data on Thursday.
668 instances were recorded today, and 647 cases were reported on Thursday, out of a total of 1,315 cases reported in the past 48 hours.
According to the Ministry of Health, the majority of the cases recorded in the previous two days were identified in people who were not completely vaccinated or whose vaccination status was unclear.
There are now 278 individuals in hospitals with COVID-19, with 250 of them not completely vaccinated or with an unclear immunisation status.
There are 163 COVID-19 patients in critical care, with 156 of those beds filled by people who are not completely vaccinated or whose vaccination status is unclear.

ਪਿਛਲੇ 48 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਓਨਟਾਰੀਓ ਦੀਆਂ 9,763 ਕੋਵਿਡ -19 ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਮੌਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਘੱਟੋ ਘੱਟ 20 ਮੌਤਾਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ, ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦੋ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ 74,715 ਟੈਸਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ, ਨਾਵਲ ਕੋਰੋਨਾਵਾਇਰਸ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਂਤ ਦੀ ਸਕਾਰਾਤਮਕਤਾ ਦਰ 1.8 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਹੈ।
