Police arrested Toronto man after a lady spat on twice on TTC subway

According to police, a man has been arrested in connection with an assault investigation in Toronto.
Toronto police stated that on Feb. 25, a man allegedly spit twice on a woman while riding the TTC subway westbound from Broadview Station.
Joseph O’Sullivan Martinez, 27, of Toronto, has been arrested.
He has been charged with assault and three counts of failing to comply with probation, according to officers.
The investigation is still ongoing, according to police. Police or Crime Stoppers are asking anyone with information to contact them.

ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ, ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ 25 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬ੍ਰੌਡਵਿਊ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਪੱਛਮ ਵੱਲ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਟਰਾਂਜ਼ਿਟ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਸਬਵੇਅ ‘ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਔਰਤ ‘ਤੇ ਦੋ ਵਾਰ ਥੁੱਕਿਆ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਤੋਂ 27 ਸਾਲਾ ਜੋਸੇਫ ਓ’ਸੁਲੀਵਾਨ ਮਾਰਟੀਨੇਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਸ ‘ਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਜਾਂ ਕ੍ਰਾਈਮ ਸਟਾਪਰ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
