Scarborough: Five people injured after drive-by shooting

A drive-by gunshot in Scarborough overnight injured five men, according to Toronto police.
At before 1 a.m. on Saturday, officers responded to reports of a drive-by shooting in a parking lot near Markham Road and Lawrence Avenue East.
According to officials, four males were found at the scene with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Two of the patients were sent to a local hospital, while the other two were taken to a trauma centre.
A fifth male victim made his own way to the hospital.
The suspects allegedly fled the area in a blue sedan, but no more details about the suspects have been given.

ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਲਗਭਗ 1 ਵਜੇ ਮਾਰਖਮ ਰੋਡ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਐਵੇਨਿਊ ਈਸਟ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਲਾਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਘਟਨਾ ਸਥਾਨ ‘ਤੇ ਚਾਰ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਮਿਲੇ ਹਨ।
ਦੋ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਦੋ ਨੂੰ ਟਰਾਮਾ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਨੀਲੇ ਰੰਗ ਦੀ ਕਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਫਰਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਪਰ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ।
ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਜਾਂ ਕ੍ਰਾਈਮ ਸਟਾਪਰਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
