Taliban ban shaving beard in Afghanistan ,implement sharia law
ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਨੇ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ‘ਚ ਦਾੜ੍ਹੀ ਕੱਟਣ ਤੇ ਲਗਾਈ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ, ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਰੀ
Kabul: The Taliban is running its government by forcibly occupying Afghanistan. He is back in his 20 years old. The Taliban is making new laws for everyone. Anyone who refuses to obey the new laws made by the Taliban is being severely punished.
The Taliban have issued a number of new decrees for men. One of the new decrees is that men are now completely banned from shaving. A letter has also been issued to the barber of Helmand province warning that anyone violating the law will be punished severely under Sharia law.
Meanwhile, Hafiz Rashid Helmand, director of Taliban culture, told local newspaper atelatros on Sunday that the decision was taken by the Taliban’s religious police during a meeting with barber shop owners in the province.

ਕਾਬੁਲ: ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਬਰਦਸਤੀ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਚਲਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੀਹ ਸਾਲ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਰੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਹਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਲਈ ਨਵੇਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਬਣਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।ਤੇ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਵਲੋਂ ਬਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਨਵੇਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਦਨਾਕ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਦੱਸਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਵਲੋਂ ਪੁਰਸ਼ਾਂ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਫਰਮਾਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾ ਵਿੱਚੋ ਇੱਕ ਨਵਾ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਮਰਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੇਵਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੇਵ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਲਗਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਹੇਲਮੰਡ ਪ੍ਰਾਂਤ ਦੇ ਨਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਪੱਤਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਇਹ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰੀਆ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਸਖਤ ਤੋ ਸ਼ਖਤ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਉੱਧਰ ,ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਹਾਫਿਜ਼ ਰਸ਼ੀਦ ਹੇਲਮੰਡ ਨੇ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰ ਐਟੀਲਾਤ੍ਰੋਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ‘ਚ ਨਾਈ ਦੀ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
