ਅੱਜ ਦੀਆਂ ਖਾਸ ਖਬਰਾਂ

(ਸਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੌਹਲ)- ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 18 ਸਾਲ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਬਾਲਗ ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਉਂਸਪਲ, ਸੂਬਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਘੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੋਟ ਪਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਹੈ। ਪਰਮਾਨੈਂਟ ਰੈਜ਼ੀਡੈਂਟਸ (PR) ਨੂੰ ਵੋਟ ਪਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਲਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਕਾਰਡ ਮਿਲ ਗਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ।

– ਇਹ 2022 ਦਾ 277ਵਾਂ ਦਿਨ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਰਾਤ GTA ਪੰਪਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਗੈਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ 10 ਸੈਂਟ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਲੀਟਰ ਵਧ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ।
