Uxbridge: ਟੱਕਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 16 ਸਾਲਾ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਸਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਤ
ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਓਕਸਬ੍ਰਿਜ (Uxbridge) ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਟੱਕਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇੱਕ 16 ਸਾਲਾ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਸਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ।
ਡਰਹਮ ਰੀਜਨਲ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਲਗਭਗ 1 ਵਜੇ ,ਡੇਵਿਸ ਡ੍ਰਾਈਵ ਅਤੇ ਓਕਸਬ੍ਰਿਜ ਕਨਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਰੋਡ 6 ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਹਨ ਦੀ ਟੱਕਰ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿਚ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦਮ ਤੋੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਦੂਜੇ ਵਾਹਨ ਦੀ 40 ਸਾਲਾ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਸੱਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹੀ ਰਹੀ।
ਪੁਲੀਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਕਈ ਘੰਟੇ ਬੰਦ ਰਹੀਆਂ।
A 16-year-old motorcyclist died in hospital after a collision in Uxbridge on Monday afternoon.
Durham Regional Police responded to reports of a motorcycle and vehicle collision in the area of Davis Drive and Oxbridge Concession Road 6 at approximately 1 p.m.
Police said the teen was taken to a local hospital in critical condition and later succumbed to his injuries.
The 40-year-old female driver of the other vehicle was not injured and remained at the scene, police said.
The roads of the area were closed for several hours during the investigation by the police.
