Consulate General of India Toronto ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਗਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਕੈਂਪਾ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਵੇਰਵਾ
ਕੌਂਸਲੇਟ ਜਨਰਲ, ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜੀਵਨ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੈਂਪ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾ ਦੀ ਵੇਰਵਿਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਗਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਆਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖਿਆਂ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਾਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ:
– ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ ਫਾਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਵੀਨਤਮ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਓ, ਫਾਰਮ ਕਲਿਕ ਕਰਕੇ ਡਾਊਨਲੋਡ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
– ਅਸਲ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ/ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ/ਓਸੀਆਈ ਕਾਰਡ।
– ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਲਈ ਜੀਵਨ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਫੀਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ।
– ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ: ਜੇਕਰ ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਗਤ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਮਰੱਥ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਧਾਰਕ ਨੂੰ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਲਈ ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਕਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
Applicants will be required to come in person and submit the following:
– Duly filled in application form – to be submitted in duplicate. Please ensure usage of the latest
form which may be found attached below.

– Original Indian passport/Canadian passport/OCI Card, as applicable.
– No fee is charged for life certificate for pension purposes.
– IMPORTANT: In case the applicant is unable to come in person due to medical reasons, the
bearer of the application will be required to set up a video call with the applicant for verification
purposes.
