ਮਿਸੀਸਾਗਾ: ਵਾਹਨ ਦੀ ਲਪੇਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੈਦਲ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ

ਮਿਸੀਸਾਗਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਹਨ ਦੀ ਲਪੇਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 70 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਇਹ ਟੱਕਰ ਡਿਕਸੀ ਰੋਡ ਅਤੇ ਬਲੂਰ ਸਟਰੀਟ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮ 6:30 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਹੋਈ।

ਪੀਲ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਪੈਦਲ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸੱਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਟਰਾਮਾ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹੀ ਰਿਹਾ।

A man in his 70s has been critically injured after being struck by the driver of a vehicle in Mississauga on Thursday night. The collision happened in the area of Dixie Road and Bloor Street, at around 6:30 p.m.

Peel police said a male pedestrian was taken to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries. The driver remained at the scene, police said.
