Production Support Manager

Leads teams >20, responsible for Production Support services for payments application.
Ensuring monitoring, investigation and resolution of items are within established and expected SLA’s.
Take an active role on the escalated incidents where senior leadership is imperative for the successful resolution of incidents or where involvement is required for stakeholder management to help manage any resulting repetitional impact concerns.

Drive incident management and provide timely root cause for all customer impacting incidents.
Lead and oversee continuous improvement roadmaps across all Production Support teams
Establishes new Production Support service offerings, support processes and defines the SLAs of services

Holds other Technology and internal stakeholders accountable to ensuring all trends and/or product defects identified.
Participates and represents all Production Support teams in new project and service offering meetings to ensure appropriate production support services are embedded into the final solution

Maintain relationships and negotiate with clients on Production Support platforms to manage operational costs.

Responsible for the effective management, and leadership of staff, including identifying staff needs, performance evaluations, coaching/mentoring disciplinary actions when necessary

Must have experience, knowledge, skills & abilities
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, system administration, information systems management or similar disciplines. Master’s degree is considered an asset.
Minimum 12 years of experience working in developing, administering, or conducting payment support processes and managing senior technical resources.
Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including Weblogic servers, Oracle, Postgres, cloud and networks.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to establish and influence senior leaders within the organization on your technical vision.
7 years of technical leadership and people management experience. Demonstrates passion and ability to inspire others.
Demonstrated ability to take a project or significant feature from concept to launch
ITIL or 6-Sigma certification

The Massage Therapist will take pride in their work in administering excellent and professional massage and body treatments to the clients and make them feel better. They must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, excellent communication skills, and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of the clients.

Job Responsibilities
Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in an out-patient setting in accordance with clinic protocols and accepted certification practices.
Make clients feel welcome and comfortable and promote the benefits of massage therapy as specific to each client and recommend frequency;
Be on time for each massage appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service;

Qualifications:
Registered Massage Therapist in good standing is a must;

Responsibilities / Tasks:
Installing Sprockets, bearings, gears.
Preparation and fabrication of sub-assemblies (cutting, drilling, grinding, tapping, etc.) for final installation
Move, align and install subassemblies and components
Fit, modify and assemble prefabricated metal parts to build heavy industrial machinery
Cutting, fitting, crimping hydraulic/pneumatic hoses.
Bending, fitting installing hydraulic/pneumatic tubing.
Filling industrial fluids
Performance testing of complete machines.
Prepare units for shipping (add decals, clean, etc.)
Machine Builder with attention to detail.
Always maintain a safe and non-hazardous work environment.

Requirements :
High School Diploma required or Equivalent preferred
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with all types of shop tools.
Flexibility, being able to handle multiple tasks

Experience working with or servicing heavy equipment, machinery and / or hydraulics is an asset, including coil equipment, hydraulic service, etc.
