The applicant must be a resident of Brampton, and only 1 applicant per address is eligible to apply. Successful applicants will get 5 bags of soil, and samplers of different types of seeds. – ਕੈਨੇਡਾ `ਚ ਟੈਕਸ ਰਿਟਰਨ 20 ਤੋਂ: CRA will start accepting electronic income tax returns from February 20. Free online tax-filing software, such as NETFILE and ReFILE are available.
– T4 28 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਤੱਕ ਜਰੂਰੀ: All employers in Canada are required by law to provide tax-related documents to their workers by February 28. This deadline does not change even if the employees left the company last year.
– RRSP 1 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੱਕ: Canadian residents may take advantage of RRSP (to reduce income tax) contribution until March 1.
-1 ਮਈ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਟੈਕਸ ਰਿਟਰਨ ਜਰੂਰੀ: This year, May 1 is the deadline to file individual tax returns. From May 2, CRA will start charging interest on the owing income tax for the 2022 tax year.
– ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਟੈਕਸ ਰਿਟਰਨ 15 ਜੂਨ ਤੱਕ ਪਰ ਵਿਆਜ 1 ਮਈ ਤੋਂ: Deadline to file the tax return for the self-employed is June 15. However, if any tax is owed, the CRA will start charging interest on unpaid balances from May 2, 2023.
– ਸਕੂਲਾਂ `ਚ ਲੜਾਈਆਂ/ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਰਵੇ 8 ਤੋਂ: Growing violence has become a threat to the peace in the elementary schools. The Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO) is launching an online survey (for teachers) to address the rising violence and aggression in their schools. The survey will be open from February 8 to March 8. ETFO believes that the collected data will move the provincial government to act against the troubling increase of violence in schools.
