Applicants will be required to come in person and submit the following:
1. Duly filled in application form – To be submitted in duplicate. Please ensure usage of the latest form which may be found attached below.
2. Original Indian passport/Canadian passport/OCI card, as applicable
3. No fee is charged for life certificate for pension purposes.
IMPORTANT: In case the applicant is unable to come in person, the bearer of the application will be required to set up a video chat with the applicant for verification purposes.
The Covid-19 guidelines must be strictly adhered to at the camp.
