After a crash in Brampton, one person died and two others are in critical condition

TORONTO, ON- Following a crash in Brampton overnight, one person died and two others are in critical condition.
A tractor trailer and a vehicle collided in the area of Bramalea Road and Steeles Avenue at 12:20 a.m., prompting police to react.
The automobile was travelling eastbound on Steeles Avenue when the tractor trailer turned onto Bramalea Road, according to Peel police.
“We had some video surveillance in the vicinity to help us with this inquiry, and what we learnt is that the vehicle crossed the intersection on a red light, colliding with the tractor trailer making a left turn,” Duty Inspector Stephen Duivesteyn stated at the scene.
Three people had to be extracted from the vehicle by first responders.
According to authorities, one person was pronounced dead at the site.
The other two patients were airlifted to trauma centres in critical condition.

ਕਰੀਬ 12:20 ਵਜੇ, ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਬ੍ਰਾਮਾਲੀਆ ਰੋਡ ਅਤੇ ਸਟੀਲਜ਼ ਐਵੇਨਿ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਟ੍ਰੇਲਰ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਹਨ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੱਕਰ ਦੀ ਖਬਰ ਮਿਲੀ।
ਪੀਲ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਗੱਡੀ ਸਟੀਲਜ਼ ਐਵੇਨਿ ‘ਤੇ ਪੂਰਬ ਵੱਲ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ, ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਟ੍ਰੇਲਰ ਬ੍ਰਮਾਲੀਆ ਰੋਡ ਵੱਲ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।
ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਸਟੀਫਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਇਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਝ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਨਿਗਰਾਨ ਕੈਮਰਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਾਹਨ ਲਾਲ ਬੱਤੀ ਤੇ ਚੌਰਾਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਇਆ, ਲਾਲਬੱਤੀ ਕੋਲ਼ ਰੋਕਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਟਰਾਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਟਕਰਾ ਗਿਆ।”
ਫਸਟ ਰਿਸਪਾਂਡਰਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਹਨ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢਣਾ ਪਿਆ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਐਲਾਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਦੋ ਹੋਰ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਨਲੇਵਾ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਰੌਮਾ ਸੈਂਟਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
