1. General Machinist & Millwright
$19- $20/hr + Benefits – Full Time – Permanent
Mississauga, ON
We are seeking for qualified and hard-working General Machinist & Millwright for one of our client in Mississauga.
Job Duties:
1.Capability to operate both manual milling and lathe machines.
2.Capability to operate both CNC milling and CNC lathe machines.
3.Solid understanding of metallurgy and metrology, as well as measuring and checking of parts.
4.Capable of reading CAD drawings, blueprints, engineering symbols, graphic data etc.
5.Capability to operate cutting, grinding, and drilling machines.
6.Operating machine equipment, such as lathe, mill, drill press, grinders, welders, etc.
7.Repairing broken machinery and equipment, including a solid understanding on how to dismantle gearboxes, speed reducers, pumps etc.
8.Ability to read and utilize applicable prints, gauges, measurement instruments.
9.Ensuring work assignments are executed to appropriate standards and quality systems.
10.Experience in AutoCAD, Solid works, are a plus.
11.Ability to work under a strict deadline and within a specific timeline.
Job Qualification/Skills:
1.Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
2.Candidate must demonstrate good capabilities of both written and spoken English, and Punjabi / Hindi is an asset.
3.Working knowledge of MS office suite, Email, and general business communication tools
4.Valid Ontario G license is a must. Candidate will be sent out on delivery runs as well as onsite to meet with clients and discuss job specific customer requirements

2. Carpenter/General Labourer
$22-$24/hr – Full Time
East York, ON
Job description:
Must have valid drivers license to pick up material.
Clean up worksites and material.
Assist carpenters or other tradespeople on-site.
Handle and transport materials.
Use power tools, small hand tools, shovels etc. when needed.
Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks.
Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures (e.g. scaffolding).
Helping with all general duties.
