Voting is open now for CAA’s worst roads in Ontario for 2022

Residents of Ontario may now vote for the worst roadways in their city as part of the CAA’s Worst Roads programme.
“Are you tired of swerving to avoid potholes?” Concerned about your safety as a pedestrian or cyclist?” CAA announced the campaign in a news statement on Tuesday.
Online nominations are accepted through April 19th.
Following the conclusion of voting, the CAA will collaborate with the Ontario Road Builders’ Association to verify and prepare a list of the top 10 worst roads in the province, as well as the top 5 worst roads in each region.
“The regional lists will help shed more light on the health of local roads across Ontario,” the CAA said.

“ਟੋਇਆਂ ਦੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਘੁੰਮਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਥੱਕ ਗਏ ਹੋ? ਇੱਕ ਸਾਈਕਲ ਸਵਾਰ ਜਾਂ ਪੈਦਲ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਬਾਰੇ ਚਿੰਤਤ ਹੋ? CAA ਨੇ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ।
ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦਗੀਆਂ 19 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਤੱਕ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
CAA ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਇਹ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਟੀ ਦੀਆਂ 10 ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਖਰਾਬ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਖੇਤਰੀ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਚੋਟੀ ਦੀਆਂ 5 ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਖਰਾਬ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੂਚੀ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਕਲਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਓਨਟਾਰੀਓ ਰੋਡ ਬਿਲਡਰਜ਼ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝੇਦਾਰੀ ਕਰੇਗਾ।
CAA ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਖੇਤਰੀ ਸੂਚੀਆਂ ਓਨਟਾਰੀਓ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਿਉਂਸਪੈਲਟੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ‘ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ ਪਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਨਗੀਆਂ।
