After body discovered in Rosedale, police investigating a’suspicious’ death

A corpse was discovered in the Rosedale district of Toronto on Monday afternoon, prompting an investigation by Toronto police.

At around 4:45 p.m., police were told that a body had been discovered near Castle Frank Road and Dale Avenue.

The person was pronounced deceased at the scene, and the circumstances appear to be suspicious, according to authorities.

Officers have established a cordon around the spot to begin an investigation, and a forensics team has arrived.

So far, nothing has been learned about the person’s age, gender, or how he died.
