Job Description :·
Will be doing the product implementation for banking applications in role of Service Delivery Manager for 1 to 3 projects depending on size and life cycle of projects·
Will be facing customer as first point of contact for project and holding customer engagement·
Responsible for project planning, tracking and reporting activities for the product implementation life cycle activities using the organization prescribed processes·
Managing dependencies ; issues and risk management ;·
Action items tracking and coordination with internal stakeholders / external stakeholders on plan for resourcing / planned tasks / dependencies·
Conducting daily / weekly project level meetings and periodic reviews internally and with customer·
Preparation for weekly / adhoc reports and steering committee decks·
Conducting project reviews, triage meetings with internal and external teams·
Travelling to customer site for short term to medium term on need basis.
The medium term could be 6 to 12 months basis project timelines.

Ideal Profile:·
A strong project management individual with 5 to 10 years of Project Management experience and overall IT industry experience of 10 to 15 years.·
Experience in working on Banking domain preferably implementation of core banking applications / products.·
Strong communication and customer facing skills in developed / developing markets·
Strong project planning, tracking and reporting skills·
Willing to travel onsite for short term to medium term durations 3 to 9 months·
Strong techno functional skills preferably with experience on product implementation life cycle activities·
Strong inter personal and collaboration skills to work across multiple internal teams / customer organization teams
