*The 5th day from today will be the 1st day of another New Year.

*Brampton, Mississauga, and Toronto Transit will offer a New Yearโ€™s Eve free ride on December 31 from 7 pm.

*Sale, purchase, and display of fireworks and explosives is not allowed year-round in Brampton.

*People in Mississauga are allowed to set off fireworks on their private property from the evening of December 31, 2023, until 1 a.m. on January 1, 2024.

*The Town of Caledon strictly prohibits setting off fireworks on residential properties and in any public areas.

*The City of Brampton is offering a full program to welcome the New Year with live music, skating, food, and fireworks. The performances will begin at Garden Square (Downtown) on December 31 from 7 pm. A sponsored fireworks show will start, right at the beginning of 2024, from 12.00 to 12.10 am.
