(Satpal Singh Johal): Unlawful activities to cheat Canada’s LMIA and immigration system is reportedly costing huge to the dishonest immigration consultants, and their associates Kuldeep Kaur, her husband Harnek Singh Pannu, Vipan Datta, and his wife Ritu from Surrey and Abbotsford. The BC government has filed a court claim to seize their properties (homes), including $600000 cash recovered from their offices, homes, and vehicles. Both families, which allegedly colluded for fraud, owned Far East Consultants and CEC Immigration Services respectively.
