Home prices in the GTA have dropped nearly six percent this year and are expected to drop again in the coming months.
GTA housing prices rose 2.1% year-over-year to $1.09 million in the third quarter of 2022, according to a report released today by Royal LePage.
However, this number is expected to drop to $1.08 million in the last quarter of this year.
