The boss of Delhi will now be LG, not Kejriwal. Following the approval, it will now be implemented in Delhi from April 2021.

Now the Delhi government means LG and now no executive work will be considered passed without LG’s approval. Laws to be passed in the Delhi Assembly will now have to be approved by LG. All the provisions of the notification issued by the Home Department have come into force from April 27. With this notification, the Modi government has given all the power to the Kejriwal government but to LG.
