ਅੱਜ ਦੀਆਂ ਖਾਸ ਖਬਰਾਂ
(ਸਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੌਹਲ)- ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ GST ਕ੍ਰੈਡਿਟ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਛੇ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਦੁੱਗਣਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਦੋ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ $467 ਤੱਕ ਅਤੇ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਔਸਤਨ $225 ਵਾਧੂ ਮਿਲਣਗੇ।
– ਕੈਨੇਡਾ Veterans’ Week ਨੂੰ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਅੱਜ 5 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਤੋਂ 11 ਨਵੰਬਰ, 2022 ਤੱਕ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਯਾਦਗਾਰੀ ਦਿਵਸ 11 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੈ।

-Daylight savings time ਅੱਜ ਰਾਤ 2 ਵਜੇ ਖਤਮ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਘੜੀਆਂ ਇੱਕ ਘੰਟਾਂ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਸੈੱਟ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ।
(Satpal Singh Johal)- The Government of Canada has doubled Goods and Services Tax (GST) credit payments for six months. Families with two children will receive up to $467 and seniors will get on average an extra $225.
