– ਸਕੂਲ `ਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਹੈਰੀਟੇਜ ਮੰਥ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ: the following events were planned to take place in Louise Arbor Secondary School, in Brampton’s ward 9, to celebrate Sikh Heritage Month: The Sikh Seva Association (SSA) has been running a food drive all month to promote Seva, and they also ran a Vaisakhi event. – Several guest speakers were invited throughout the month including. Lucky Kamboj spoke to students about Vaisakhi. Sagar Singh, Navreet Singh, and Karanvir Singh exemplified Sikh excellence, and percussion from Bhai Baldeep Singh. Earlier this year, Bhai Supreet Singh hosted and spoke to students about Sikh History. The school management continues to work with Major Manny Singh of the Canadian Armed Forces.

– 32 ਦਿਨਾਂ `ਚ 624 ਕਾਰਾਂ ਚੋਰੀ, ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੇ 6 ਮਾਮਲੇ ਹੱਲ! : Peel police confirm that there were at least 624 vehicle thefts reported in Mississauga and Brampton during the past 32 days, from March 21 to April 22. 342 vehicles vanished from Mississauga, and 282 in Brampton. Only 6 of these thefts are considered solved by the police. 581 are under investigation, and the remaining incidents are deemed unsolved.
