Punjab AQI Alert : ਦੀਵਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਜਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਵਾ ਦੀ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਖ਼ਤਰਨਾਕ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਮੋਹਾਲੀ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ AQI “ਬਹੁਤ ਖ਼ਤਰਨਾਕ” ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ PM2.5 ਅਤੇ PM10 ਕਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਖਿਆ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਵੱਧ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਿਹਤ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ:
- ਸਵੇਰੇ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਹਵਾ ਧੁੰਦਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
- ਬੱਚਿਆਂ, ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਹ ਦੀ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਘੁੰਮਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
- ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਕਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਕਮਰੇ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹਵਾ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਫਿਲਟਰ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
Delhi-NCR ਵਿੱਚ ਹਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ:
ਦਿੱਲੀ ਅਤੇ NCR ਵਿੱਚ AQI ਦਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਈ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ “ਖ਼ਤਰਨਾਕ” ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਧکیل ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਜਵਾਹਰ ਲਾਲ ਨਹਿਰੂ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ AQI 317 ਦਰਜ ਹੋਇਆ, ਅਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਖੇਤਰ 400 ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ। ਨੋਇਡਾ, ਗਾਜ਼ੀਆਬਾਦ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰੂਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਹਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਧ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਪਹਾੜੀ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ:
ਉੱਤਰਾਖੰਡ ਅਤੇ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਹਵਾ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਬਿਗੜੀ ਹੈ। ਨੈਨੀਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ AQI 164 ਅਤੇ ਦੇਹਰਾਦੂਨ ਵਿੱਚ 218 ਦਰਜ ਹੋਇਆ। ਹਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਹਿਰੀਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਣ ਪਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਸਾਹ ਲਈ ਖ਼ਤਰਨਾਕ ਹਨ।
ਚੱਕਰਵਾਤ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਸਮ ਅਪਡੇਟ:
ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਬੰਗਾਲ ਦੀ ਖਾੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਕਰਵਾਤ ਬਣਨ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਅੰਡੇਮਾਨ, ਨਿਕੋਬਾਰ, ਕੇਰਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਤਾਮਿਲਨਾਡੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੀਂਹ ਅਤੇ ਤੂਫ਼ਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮਛੇਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੱਟ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਉਪਾਇ:
- ਬਾਹਰ ਘੁੰਮਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਚੋ, ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਮ।
- ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖੋ।

Following Diwali festivities, air quality across Punjab has deteriorated to dangerous levels. Cities like Mohali, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar, and Firozpur are now reporting AQI in the “very hazardous” category. PM2.5 and PM10 levels are alarmingly high, posing serious health risks.
