Data Operators are tasked with monitoring business-critical data processing, fixing emergency issues, and escalating technical problems to the appropriate team. This role will involve shift work to cover data processing that occurs 24/7/365. There is future scope to assist the development team in duties such as testing and programming tasks.

Responsibilities
Monitoring the health of servers to ensure they are functioning before, during and after processing times
Monitoring the logs and other notifications (SMS, email, etc) produced by data processing code to ensure that the data is being handled correctly
Completing “start of day” and “end of day” checks on all data feeds
Liaising with subject matter experts to confirm the data is correct and the desired outcome has been achieved by data processing code
Post-processing analysis of data processing to confirm that we have high quality data that can be successfully delivered and consumed by the analytics team
Reporting issues to the appropriate technical teams and working with them to enhance data processing systems

Market Operator will be responsible for analyzing live sporting events using proprietary trading tools in order to observe and execute market trades. A Market Operator will also be expected to continually develop their knowledge of the sporting market and the products assigned to them become experts in their field.
Pay Rate $23-$25/hr.
