Sales & Operations Manager
$60,000 Base Salary + Commission + Benefits + Expenses
Mississauga, ON – Full Time – Permanent
We’re hiring a “Sales & Operations Manager” for an international company that specializes in fasteners and is expanding in North America. If you are self-driven, computer-savvy, have excellent interpersonal skills and are looking to move up in a fast-growing company, we’d love to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and be responsible for overall store operations, including being at the front desk
Identifying and promoting products to key clients
Visits to customers & potential clientsWorkers
Communicate with customers/suppliers via phone, email, chat, walk-in and e-commerce
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
Data entry in various platforms
Enhancing product sales and margins by assisting in critical pricing decisions
Follow-up with outstanding quotes to secure orders from customers and prospects
Maintaining and monitoring UPS / FedEx / DHL and other courier shipping accounts
Maintaining inventory and databases on various e-commerce sales and information platforms
Performing other sales and administrative duties as required
Ensuring proper account records.
Depositing cash revenue in bank daily
QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant work experience is required
Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office with emphasis on Outlook, Excel and Word
Experience with ERP systems and computer savvy
Strong business acumen, analytical and mathematical skills
Knowledge of logistics and shipping is required
Keen attention to detail and self-starter
