A mishap involving a snow removal tractor occurred in Mississauga on Saturday morning, injuring two persons.
At before 6:20 a.m., Peel police responded to a collision between a snow clearing tractor and a pickup vehicle near Airport Road and Thamesgate Drive.
The tractor operator was sent to a trauma centre with a non-life threatening head injury.
Peel paramedics said the pickup truck driver was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
An inquiry has shut down Airport Road between Slough Street and Thamesgate Drive.

ਪੀਲ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਸਵੇਰੇ 6:20 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਏਅਰਪੋਰਟ ਰੋਡ ਅਤੇ ਥੈਮਸਗੇਟ ਡ੍ਰਾਈਵ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਬਰਫ਼ ਸਾਫ਼ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਿਕਅਪ ਟਰੱਕ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਹੋਏ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਦਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਆਪਰੇਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰ ਦੀ ਸੱਟ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਟਰਾਮਾ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਪੀਲ ਪੈਰਾਮੈਡਿਕਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਿਕਅੱਪ ਟਰੱਕ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ ਸੱਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
