ਪੀਲ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਿਸੀਸਾਗਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਹਨ ਦੀ ਟੱਕਰ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ ।ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਅਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 6:15 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਏਗਲਿੰਟਨ ਐਵੇਨਿਊ ਅਤੇ ਏਰਿਨ ਮਿਲਜ਼ ਪਾਰਕਵੇਅ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਪੈਦਲ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਟੱਕਰ ਮਾਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਪੀਲ ਪੈਰਾਮੈਡਿਕਸ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ 40 ਸਾਲਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਨਲੇਵਾ ਨਾਲ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਐਲਾਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਐਰਿਨ ਮਿਲਜ਼ ਪਾਰਕਵੇਅ ਅਤੇ ਗਲੇਨ ਏਰਿਨ ਡਰਾਈਵ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਐਗਲਿਨਟਨ ਐਵੇਨਿਊ ਬੰਦ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
Peel police say one person has died after being hit by a vehicle Friday morning in Mississauga. Emergency crews were called to the area of Eglinton Avenue and Erin Mills Parkway around 6:15 a.m. for reports of a pedestrian hit.
Peel paramedics say a 40-year-old man was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital, police said. Eglinton Avenue between Erin Mills Parkway and Glen Erin Drive is closed as police investigate.
