CONSUMER AFFAIRS SUPERVISOR

Staffmax is helping a leading multinational retail chain in their search for a reliable ” CONSUMER AFFAIRS SUPERVISOR ” to.
* Lead a team dedicated to making it easy and pleasurable for consumers to do business with via their website and/or Retail stores.
* Support all functions of the department as needed and execute in the areas of workforce management metrics to include Consumer Escalations and Satisfaction, Consumer Sales and Retention, Employee Staffing/Training/Retention
* Utilize multiple tool systems to monitor consumer correspondences, analyze and update ecommerce information, action resolution techniques, and troubleshoot where needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Hire and train a highly skilled workforce consisting of representatives that can handle multiple functional responsibilities in a service and support environment.
Manage daily department operations and supervise workflow.
Effectively supervise a team of consumer affair representatives by providing support, performance evaluations, and constructive recommendations for growth.
Job Requirements:
Prior customer service/consumer affairs experience (prior management a plus).
Intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills while upholding empathy to maintain customer satisfaction.
Ability to swiftly manage through change and to lead change when appropriate.
Exceptional customer relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn company’s products, services, and systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Job Qualifications:
Two to Three years of Customer Service experience
Additional Two years of managerial experience
Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a related field.
