Our client is seeking an experienced condominium property manager. Right candidate must possess of:
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day management of the Condominium Buildings and operation of corporation administration
Direct and oversee all property maintenance
Provide advice and guidance to Owners and the Board of Directors, and, Ownerโs resident tenants as required
Supervise and organize all contractors and contractor work; negotiate contracts; provide feedback on contractor performance, delivering results in the most efficient way within a reasonable budget,
Maintain control of all operating and reserve expenses in accordance with annual budgets
Provide emergency on-call after-hours service
Attend evening Board Meetings and Special Meetings and Ownersโ Meetings as required
Act as liaison person between the Board of Directors, all owners and the Property Management company
Other duties as assigned as described in the Property Management Agreement
Qualifications
Superior and effective Owner services and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
Familiar and solid understanding of the Ontario Condominium Act and other laws & practices related to condominium corporation operations
Knowledge of budget preparation and financial statements
Ability and commitment to professionally maintain all operations records, documents and assets of the corporation
Minimum two years condominium property management industry experience
Proficient computer skills (MS Office and basic Property Management Systems) a must
Must have a General License with CMRAO

Foreman/Roofing

We are hiring for roofing supervisor for construction company. This is a full-time permanent job.
Location: Mississauga
Salary- $65,000-$70,000 + Benefits
Duties:
* Ensures that all construction work performed is of the highest quality.
* Assists Superintendent in executing and maintaining construction schedule throughout the project from start to finish.
* Supervises employees, subcontractors, and deliveries to ensure both quality control and project compliance.
* Works as part of a crew.
* Can prepare, measure, set elevations and accurately cut/install paver and green roof systems.
* Complies with Hazardous Materials procedures and handles materials according to Company Policy.
* Communicates well with others and have a good work ethic and appropriate behavior at all times
* Ensures that subcontractors are providing own clean up and debris boxes.
* Attends regularly scheduled safety training and procedure meetings.
* Performs safety management responsibilities, orientations, and meetings. This includes planning, communication, monitoring, enforcement and documentation.
* Maintains and explains OHSA and Company required safety literature to crew members.
* Documents and completes all deficiency list items in a timely manner.

We are hiring for Landscaping Technicians in GTA. This is Full time ongoing position.
Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr
Time- Morning shift -Monday to Friday.
*Must have own Vehicle to commute to work*
A qualified Landscape Construction Technician will be expected to have experience in and required to do the following:
Working knowledge of all aspects of landscape construction including Pre-cast concrete pavers and walls, natural flagstone pavers and walls, retaining wall construction.
Must have experience in Fencing, Interlocking, Flowerbed Wood and Stone.
Ability to operate heavy machinery.
Experience working with hand and power tools (i.e.. power saws, drills, electrical)
Carpentry skills an asset.
Must have a valid driverโs license.
Comfortable working outdoors
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a team environment
