Canada : ਸਾਰੇ ਐਕਸਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਐਂਟਰੀ ਡਰਾਅ ਕੱਲ 6 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ
Sean Fraser, Canada’s immigration minister, confirmed on Twitter that the express entry draw under the federal high-efficiency stream would resume tomorrow after a hiatus of more than 18 months.
These include the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), the Federal Skilled Worker Class (FSWP) and the Federal Skilled Trades Class (FSTP). This is a relief for some candidates as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has not invited CEC candidates since September 2021. In addition, no FSWP draw has been observed since December 2020.
A previous IRCC announcement stated that they would process new applications under these streams within six months of service. “Federal high-efficiency processing inventory has been cut by more than half.”
ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ ਇਮੀਗ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸੀਨ ਫਰੇਜ਼ਰ ਨੇ ਟਵਿੱਟਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੰਘੀ ਉੱਚ-ਕੁਸ਼ਲ ਸਟ੍ਰੀਮ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਐਕਸਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਐਂਟਰੀ ਡਰਾਅ 18 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੇ ਵਿਰਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਮੁੜ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਐਕਸਪੀਰੀਅੰਸ ਕਲਾਸ (CEC), ਫੈਡਰਲ ਸਕਿਲਡ ਵਰਕਰ ਕਲਾਸ (FSWP) ਅਤੇ ਫੈਡਰਲ ਸਕਿਲਡ ਟਰੇਡਜ਼ ਕਲਾਸ (FSTP) ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਕੁਝ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਰਾਹਤ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਮੀਗ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ, ਰਫਿਊਜੀਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਟੀਜ਼ਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ (IRCC) ਨੇ ਸਤੰਬਰ 2021 ਤੋਂ CEC ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਦਸੰਬਰ 2020 ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੋਈ FSWP ਡਰਾਅ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਕ ਪਿਛਲੀ IRCC ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ ‘ਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ 6 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਾਲ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਟ੍ਰੀਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਕਰਨਗੇ। “ਸੰਘੀ ਉੱਚ-ਕੁਸ਼ਲ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਵਸਤੂ ਸੂਚੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਧੇ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੀ ਕਟੌਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।”
