ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਦੇ ਵਾਟਰਫਰੰਟ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ 19 ਸਾਲਾ ਔਰਤ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ
A 19-year-old lady was killed early Sunday morning when her automobile collided with a concrete barrier along Toronto’s Gardiner Expressway.
At 2:40 a.m. Sunday, Toronto police reached to Jameson Avenue and Lakeshore Boulevard West for a complaint of a collision.
According to police, a BW coupe was travelling eastbound on Lakeshore Boulevard when it entered the westbound lanes and collided with a concrete barrier.
The woman was found in critical condition inside a highly wrecked BMW 4 series coupe when they arrived.
She was transported to a trauma centre at the hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
A 30-year-old male was brought to the hospital with injuries after police said he was driving the vehicle at the time of the collision.

ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਟੱਕਰ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਲਈ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ 2:40 ਵਜੇ ਜੇਮਸਨ ਐਵੇਨਿਊ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਕੇਸ਼ੋਰ ਬੁਲੇਵਾਰਡ ਵੈਸਟ ਵਿਖੇ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਤਾਂ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਖਰਾਬ ਹੋਈ BMW ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਔਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹਾਲਤ ‘ਚ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਪਾਇਆ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦੇ ਟਰਾਮਾ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਐਲਾਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਇੱਕ 30 ਸਾਲਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜੋ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਟੱਕਰ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਾਹਨ ਚਲਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਨੂੰ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ ਸੱਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਟੱਕਰ ਕਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੋਈ।
ਵੈਸਟਬਾਉਂਡ ਲੇਕਸ਼ੋਰ ਬੁਲੇਵਾਰਡ ਵੈਸਟ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਮਸਨ ਐਵੇਨਿਊ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ, ਗਾਰਡੀਨਰ ਐਕਸਪ੍ਰੈਸਵੇਅ ਤੋਂ ਜੇਮਸਨ ਐਵੇਨਿਊ ਤੱਕ ਰੈਂਪ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਵੇਰੇ 9 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਡੈਸ਼ਕੈਮ ਫੁਟੇਜ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
