A 28-year-old man has been charged in connection with the deaths of his parents, who were found dead inside an Etobicoke apartment Wednesday, police say. Officers were called to the building near Bergamot and Islington avenues around 1:40 a.m. after reports of a stabbing. According to investigators, a man and a woman were found dead inside an apartment.

Police identified the victims Thursday morning as 68-year-old Colin Henry and 67-year-old Veronica Henry. A suspect, identified as Alpha Henry, was taken into custody and charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the incident. Police say the suspect is the victim’s son. The charges have not been proven in court.
